What a frame grabber is
A frame grabber extracts one still image from a video file. You choose the moment, the tool decodes that frame from the source, and you save it as a photo—usually JPEG or HEIC. It is a still-grab utility, not a video editor: no timeline cuts, filters, or music tracks.
