Information we do not collect from your media
Perfect Frame does not collect, transmit, or store the contents of your videos, selected frames, exported still photos, filenames, album names, or precise moments from your media.
On-device processing
Frame preview, comparison, and Suggested Frame ranking run on your device using Apple's system frameworks. Suggested Frame uses on-device Vision-assisted ranking to highlight a candidate in the nearby strip.
Photos access
When you choose a video, Perfect Frame reads only the item you select through the system Photos picker. When you export a still photo, the app may request permission to add the exported image to your Photos library. Perfect Frame does not browse your library in the background.
Purchases
Premium is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Purchase status may be validated through Apple's StoreKit and our purchase infrastructure to restore entitlements across reinstalls.
Analytics and diagnostics
We may use privacy-safe product analytics and crash reporting in the iOS app to understand coarse feature usage and improve reliability. These tools are configured to avoid media content, media identity, personal metadata, and precise moments from your videos. Provider disclosures are reflected in App Store privacy labels.
This marketing website may use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate page views and referral traffic. The site does not collect video, photo, or library data. Google may use cookies and receive standard web usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Perfect Frame does not maintain a cloud copy of your source videos. Local app state, such as recent-video resume metadata, remains on your device and can be removed by deleting the app.
Children
Perfect Frame is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
